If you receive a product that was sent incorrectly or is missing from your order, please contact fuueye customer service within 7 days of receiving your package. We will cover the return shipping costs and resend the correct package to you free of charge.
For other product defects or quality issues, please contact fuueye customer service within 30 days of receiving the original order. Once the issue is confirmed to be a product problem, we will process a return and refund for you. Please ensure that the items you return are properly and securely packaged to prevent further damage during transportation. If possible, use the original packaging. If the returned product is damaged or lost, we reserve the right to deny a refund. All returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in their original condition. Once a product has been used, it is no longer eligible for return or exchange.
